Most commonly known as center-based care, families with two or more children typically choose this type of care for convenience and close proximity to their work sites.
Licensed Type II Child Care Facility
Family Child Care
Allows for up to twelve children with an assistant in their own residence. Families who prefer smaller group settings may choose this option.
Certified Family Child Care Home
Often the choice for families with infants and toddlers because of the small group setting, Certified Family Child Care Homes may provide care for up to six unrelated children and four related children in their own residence.
High Quality Child Care
Some indicators of high-quality child care are
