Too often, we attempt to engage families in our program before we truly make an effort to get to know the child and the family! This session will guide us in observing and assessing not only a child’s growth and development, but also the growth and development of the child’s family. It is only then, when we identify their needs, that we can truly build a firm foundation for family involvement.
