This session will address the effects of alcohol on fetal growth and development. Participants will learn why FASD is a community problem that requires a community response, and will give early childhood educators behavior management strategies to use when working with those affected. Learn how permanent brain dysfunction affects not only the family and early childhood program, but also the justice and foster care systems.
