Description
This session is a follow up to the original FASD class. It begins with a short overview of what Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders are and discussion then turns to taking into perspective the viewpoints of children and families impacted by FASD. The stigma often associated with mental health issues is addressed and practical strategies to support these families are provided. Participants will be given access to resources to promote awareness about FASD.
