How do you welcome children and families to your classroom and program? Reflect on your feelings when entering someone’s home, visiting a new church, or even attending a training session alone for the first time. What are some of those feelings? What evoked those feelings? This session will address how we can make ALL children and families feel welcome…whether “typical” or nontraditional, with the overall goal of fostering high quality family involvement.
